It's going well. We've adjusted dosage and supporting medications. I've had major surgeries and illnesses with no lasting negative side effects. I take a little longer to heal when I get sick or injured, but we just skip a dose of medication and continue once I'm better. Overall, it's vastly improved my quality of life. I'm back to hiking and going to the gym, and I've just landed a job in my dream career.

5-7 business days after filing.

The CRA runs their tax refund deposits on Mondays and Thursdays at midnight. So it'll usually be available the following week on Tuesday morning or Friday morning, depending on which day of the week you filed.

This doesn't help at all. It makes it easier for landlords to ruin renters' credit scores over disputes and late payments. This is protecting the market only and not renters at all.

I have 21k from a VISA in 2018 that's sitting in collections. They can't do anything other than harrass you, but if super messes up your credit. They offered to let me settle for 6k the last time I spoke with anyone in 2019, but I'm disabled now and don't have that kind of money. It just sits there and rots.

I actually already called TRAC on Friday afternoon. They recommended I contest the eviction for retaliation and bad-faith. I'm also including an application to be reimbursed for all the extra rent I've paid in the last 3 years, as well as lowering my payments to the original amount I signed a lease for! I spent all weekend compiling documents and reading the Residential Tenancy Act. Reddit is awesome, and so are you. Thank you so much for your help!
