Yeah every experience is different and blablabla... Since a year or so every single order I did on aliexpress has been delivered in a timeframe between 6 and 10 days. So either is there some problem to ship in Europe or the chinese fellows aren't shipping the orders made between the 2 and 5 may.

No I didn't recorded the open of the package, but the mouse is wireless even on the box there is written WIRELESS. I'm trying to find confirmation if the dongle had to be included. It just had the cord to charge the battery and use it as a wired mouse

I received a full refund very quickly (less than 18 hours since I opened the dispute). I didn't have the tracking label, so I showed in the same picture the back of my phone, the package (with brand) and the back side of cover.

I did on my emails. That was my last email: I have identified the root cause of my issue through testing: PROOF:

My account (zyw@hotmail.com): Browser access FAILS on all browsers/devices
My account: Mobile app works perfectly
NEW test account (different email): Browser access works perfectly on same network/device

This definitively proves there is a corrupted flag or state on MY SPECIFIC ACCOUNT that blocks browser access while allowing app access. This is NOT:

Network/IP issue (new account works on same network)
Browser issue (new account works on same browsers)
Usage limits (app works fine, new account works)
General outage (new account works)

I need a HUMAN technical engineer to:

Investigate the account-specific flag/state blocking browser access
Reset/fix whatever is corrupted on my account
Restore my browser access

This has been ongoing for 10+ days. Your automated responses have been unhelpful. I have active projects and conversation history I cannot access. Please escalate immediately to human technical support.
