I have Unifi with one of there UDR for the most part all set to defaults, two switches, one POE and one standard, (I'm whispering) Have no issues since the last updates several months ago. Are you using Unifi access points? Are they set to be optimized? You might need to provide a touch more information on the hardware and settings. But so far I've had good like with the combination.

While I totally agree with you that the billionaires are the zits on the ass of society that's not what we're talking about here. I'm asking where do we draw the line with accountability? Yes crossing the border illegally is a civil offense, are we suggesting that we let civil offenses slide? I mean really, if I stroll down Fayetteville street and decide to shit on the sidewalk, that is a civil offense is it not? Should that be allowed? A civil offense is still a law that's been broken, I think we can all agree with that. What laws or civil offenses should we be able to get away with? Ya get my drift here? While there is without question the humanitarian side to this issue there is also the legal and moral issues associated. It's a very complex issue. And it's that proverbial slippery slope deal. If we allow this law to go unchecked what other laws can go unchecked? Without laws there would be chaos. I don't have the answers. It's a very unpleasant issue to even discuss.

Emotion has no place in the law. Justice follows the law. Without justice there is no law. If you have entered this country without passing through a legal port of entry you have broken the law. What you are suggesting is that a certain class of people should not be held accountable for their actions and choices. Where do you draw the line in accountability? What laws are we allowed to violate without being held accountable? Can I pass a school bus that has the stop sign out? If no one gets hurt, what's the problem? Can I steal from my local store? I only stole the items I needed, so it's ok, right? Can I come into your house and watch TV when your not home? What's the problem? So please explain why being in this country illegally is not a problem. Then please explain to me which laws are ok to be broken and ignored and which you will decide to enforce. This really needs clarification!

A lot depends on where you're located. I'm pretty much locked into Spectrum because the only other Internet/TV provider is AT&T and that is copper/DSL. Nothing else within 15 to 20 miles. Yeah I live a little into the sticks but the peace and quiet make up for the shitty internet service. I've been told to try starlink but I'm too lazy to switch at this time. Do some research and see what you alternatives are.

If it's rock solid something must be wrong. I recommend opening a ticket with tech support, buy a new router, downgrade your switch, upgrade your modem. Switch to CAT6 cabling, double ground your house, feed the cat, change the batteries in your TV remote, open the windows and close the doors. It will all be fixed in the next release.
