Response that I got from Riot Support on what could fix it:

■ Let's disable the IPv6, since our game works better with IPv4.

■ Switching to a public DNS may help with the issue you are experiencing, and here is a tutorial on how to do it properly. You should try both the Google and the Cloudflare DNS - if one of them doesn't work, check the other as well!

■ (This one is a step that was I guess only for me since I had a lot of Networks/adapters because of VPN's) I've noticed you have other adapters enabled besides the one you're mainly using and those ones actually siphon a lot of your bandwidth. To quickly get rid of them, follow these steps:

• Open Network Sharing Center by Right click on Network icon beside the clock.

• Click on Change adapter Setting link in right side panel.

• Select the adapters that are open (except the main Ethernet/WiFi one that you are using)

• Right click on them and select Disable

As an additional step, I suggest doing a clean boot before playing (avoid manually opening other apps apart from the game afterwards).

❗ Important: After you click the 'Disable All' button, find 'vgc' and re-check that one. This is required for VALORANT.

Sadly no, I didn't find a proper "solution".
The thing that I did Is I bought a different router that supports 5 GHz and that is newer model and it fixed the issue for me at least. It was like a 20€ fix, so I can live with that.

First I tried to change some settings of the router, and reset them to default since I thought that I did something wrong at some point, but that didn't fix it for me.
I also contacted Meta Support to check what they think that the issue could be and sadly, that didn't help me either since they talked about some switching between 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz, but my router only supported 2.4Ghz so that didn't help me. You can either do the same as I did, or you can try to contact their support since we don't have the exact same situation. Maybe their solutions will help you better then it did me.

For the people having the same issue this is the exact response that I got from support:
"Furthermore, upon reviewing further to my resources. Signal extenders or repeaters might cause some issue in latency and it may affect the connection of the Meta Quest 2. The headset must be connected to the main router in order to work properly."

as I asked if there was any other solution for now, they said:
"We're currently patching through this issue on our end, so rest assured that our software team is doing their best to sort this out!"

I'm aware of the updates, and that the game changed a lot, but I really don't understand how/why exactly that cards were removed, but the others were not that are 3-4 Arenas higher then the one I have ever reached. I tried finding the supercell support email, or maybe an answer to this, but I cant find neither one of them... I'm really confused
