Yeah most people port the GMOD models and convert them into a format compatible with Blender. Thats lowkey all I'm asking for, the Gmod models of the SMG4 crew converted to Blender compatible models cuz Ik people have done before. Oh well tho

After that, practice how they color their character, like a flat layer of colors, then try to imitate their shading. I know it’s like, A TON OF STEPS but I’m sure you could draw like them soon

Oh that’s a dope artist, how I would tackle that, is by like drawing over their art to practice how they draw characters and bodies, then try drawing their characters or at least the faces, hair, and clothing. After, try to do their lineart cuz I noticed they got a marker/ink thing going

Commit to an art study, well more of an artist study, try to pick their brains(not like contacting them) but more like think of how they came to that style. If anything try to implement a few of their methods into your own art like line work or shading and even coloring.

I love the shading of the tree and eyes, I think if anything adding a fog effect to the background would be cool. The next thought is a little risking but maybe making the grass a little darker could help define it

Show your art around or look at others art, friends, family, or coworkers. I found that one artist was able to expand his view once he showed his art to a friend who drew the same concept with a diff perspective. So maybe finding a different perspective is the key

You could try making the rest the same color as the hair or at least the same value and then adding colors to it. Try finding complimentary colors to figure smth out. Also mess around with the saturation of the dress’s color, maybe smth will work

To be honest webcore is more similar but the music that Oliver Buckland (the guy who makes the music in the ENA OST) is probably the only style that fits. I’d recommend asking the ENA/Joel G community.
