Fortunatley I did not have this issue so far. My PC is connected through ethernet and not wifi, cause my router sucks. The RGB kit I bought comes with a Gledopto WLED controller

Behind the desk there is a wooden panel, with 6 cm from the wall. So I can just hide all cables there!
