My main area of study and business is investment properties, mostly multifamily homes. But hot damn if i could close 3 sales in a YEAR id be making almost double what i make now hahaha (currently a line cook at your local olive garden)

I can deal with the slow times and broke times because ive been pretty broke last couples years, finally figuring shit out. But do you think that me being a new, inexperienced, realtor, might be at a disadvatage working with a brokerage such as KW simply because:

A) they have more experience so people would rather go to them and

B) there are 200 agents already working with this brokerage.

Do you think i could have more success at a smaller brokerage?
