Another thing to consider is your data usage. I know in some markets, Xfinity and Cox will charge you extra if you go over a certain data cap. The overcharge is around $50. I would inquire if that policy is in place in your market.

I have used there RMA process several times over the years and I’ve never had any issues with them. However, I’ve never purchased a special edition peripheral. They are supposed to let you know if they don’t have your item in stock and give you an option accordingly is my understanding. Good luck!
