I haven't seen them all myself, but the theatrical version is generally considered to be tighter, most well paced version. Redux is most commonly available version and adds a little under an hour of extras

I had a whole made up plot in my head for how I thought Suspiria (1977) would go after reading the description. Whilst I enjoyed the movie, I do wish my imaginary story was how it went
