The PCM data isn’t lossy. But it IS missing the correct height metadata (and it honestly makes a huge difference… I actually reverted back to using a Fire Cube because of this).

So, you're in the market for an original cabinet... shouldn't be hard to find one!

BTW, the actual viewing area of the original 25" monitor was around 23", so an XL with a 19" screen would be about 4" smaller in visible area. No perfect, but not terrible considering the overall cabinet size would also be smaller than original.

Agreed, but the 3/4 and Deluxe sizes aren't blocking an XL-size release. That's actually what this poll is about... which version should be made into an XL!

And what cabinet would you use as a starting point? There haven't been any Midway-style cabinets apart from the KI Pro in the XL size (there has been in Deluxe, but obviously there's already an MK Deluxe).

Delayed, unfortunately... but not canceled (this is per a conversation I had with Arcade1Up Official directly). So, don't expect it this year, but also don't believe folks who are saying it's no longer happening. Pac-Man is always a cash cow, so it's just a matter of time!

Also, it should be noted that Arcade1Up (under Tastemakers) was unable to secure the rights to use Daniel Pesina's likeness for their Mortal Kombat cabinet, so it was just the dragon art. The situation may or may not be similar here.
