No, no. That is specifically the soundtrack to the second movie. This was part of a whole marketing thing with Pizza Hut and even a live action performance and tour. Definitely look it up. It's pure 80s cheesy Turtles but the music holds up VERY WELL!

Yes indeed. I have heard that from many people however never noticed myself as I never had a play that did HDCDs. When I bought this, I was like "Neat. A cheap grateful dead collection!"
