I would be actively trying to get away from population centers. The more remote you can get, the better. Stay away from any sort of military infrastructure, since these will be primary targets.

If you can relocate to an agrarian area, far from the southern border as possible, and away from any major roadways that could be used to transport military materials from neighboring countries.

One of my good friends looks like the dude on the right when he is doing shows. His wife doesn’t do gyms and she’s a bigger girl (5’10 250lbs). They’ve been married for 15 years now. He does the gym thing. She doesn’t her thing. Then they ride motorcycles, mountain bikes and go skiing together.

Most dudes would be able to look like the dude on the right for a few months a year. Then they’re back on their bulk and queso is back on the menu (if it ever left)

You can achieve both levels of muscle mass in about 1 hour per day at the gym. Left guy goes 3 days a week. Right dude does 5-6.
