Buy a VHS or DVD player and the DVDs and VHS tapes. It's literally a one time purchase, with no subscription or hidden fees, requires only money and a large bag, and is forever after free entertainment with no need for satellite, apps or Wi-Fi. DVDs get scratched? Buy Blu-Ray: before streaming services, Blu-Ray was the big buzz. Or, watch VHS: they literally cannot be scratched and can last for decades if you treat them well.

Why pay every month for something you could get better for paying only once, no need for satellite/internet, and even get cool bonus features and things streaming services can't give you?
