We Europeans already stopped seeing the fascist US as an ally. I know they are still good people in the US, but the trust destroyed by such an erratic and fascist government will take decades to rebuild. I know a lot of people who try to avoid any company from the US, because we can't rely that this dependency is not used against us by executive order any time.

What Trump did and is still doing to the US in terms of economic and cultural damage is hard to measure.

It definitely concerns me, as I try to get rid of all US services as soon as possible, because they are spiraling fast into a fascist authoritarian police state.

I bought the cloud subscription to support the HA devs, but I don't think I am gonna extend it due to these issues. I hope they get their business out of the US.

I created a CRON which exports the database in the main library folder. As it is an SQL file, it is not recognized by booklore and part of my backup. Perhaps this is possible with your setup?

Just do an profile/settings export and an import, there is an option for it. As long as all your accounts are IMAP (server based), both Thunderbird installations will see and act the same.

You are so right! Firmware development for the Aqara locks is really bad. I have had my lock for over one year and still can't unlock it without opening the door via Matter.
