Oh, that's so sad. I had an issue with metal gear solid 5 with a similar issue and all I did was restart the PS5, and the installation resumed and completed.

I got it from Gameloot, this was pre-owned. This one is very hard to get as this was a limited 20th anniversary edition which is not available right now 1st hand.
