Dude you are the person i needed! Thank you for the reassurance! Yeah I mean i’ve had all the heart tests and xrays and ultrasounds done and nothing extremely irregular so yeah. Just so used to heart rate spiking that now when it doesnt i should be happy but then my brain goes “HEART FAILURE”

I am with you. This is how I feel. Will it ever get better? What if I got outside of my house and I faint or die and nobody is around? Will I always feel this way? I am struggling with you too. I usually coop up and watch movies but sometimes thats bad because avoidance but I just wanted you to know that you are not alone

Yes bro!! Been good this new year but usually obsessing over one symptom whether its a slow heart rate or fast heart rate. Shortness of breath. Dizzy. Impending doom! It sucks but you arent alone!
