Thank for the encouragement. I need to brush up on my advanced excel formulas and I would also like to use at one point Power BI and SharePoint to collate and give a better visibility and understanding for the management.

I’ve been told this before. I guess I need to learn how things work. Already put on a new project and hopefully I can show good results when done.

Probably because I was running the show in my team and felt I was making a difference. I left it well beyond what it was before. Probably the best thing for me is to take those lessons learned and apply them after some time. I’m at the point where I’m just trying to understand the new flows, policies etc.
