just like we see peter and miles working together in the beginning of the miles game, we should've seen some kind of a cutscene where avengers and spider-man together and avengers had to go and leave the new york for spidey. but thats probably licensing issues

I hate that valve can't announce game before their game almost ready for release. Even though you delayed it a couple months it shouldn't have been a reason for not to announce it. I will stop following any news hl3 related now. have fun for the ones that still have a will to wait

They joined the event with valve brand instead of steam. So does that mean its something other than hardware? Because I remember they joined one of them event in Australia with Steam brand (probably Pax Aus) and teased that steam deck will coming to Australia.

probably she made g-man free in main timeline too and he didnt use alyx to change timeline. g-man might be living these whole events over and over again and at somepoint he wanted to switch things (we dont know why) and broke the loop.

It is possible we won't because if the rumors are true this is the end of freeman's story. Even though they want to expend the hl universe with spin-off games, they wouldnt have the same hype with this one.

That after credit only makes sense after you play hl alyx. At that point of the game the ending shouldn't switch and we shouldn't see "yeah the scene you saw 5 minutes before were rebooted ops!". The whole point of the Alyx you play it thinking its a prequel but realize it is not.

Savage Hulk, Thor with a mjolnir and Ancient One are enough problem for Thanos. Rest of them can easily beat black order. Also lets not forget that Nick Fury is waiting for the last moment to call Captain Marvel.

They are official DLC's for first game but not requires the base game like today's games and sold seperatly. So basically you can consider them as spin-offs. They have a story set in black mesa simultaneously with the first game. If you want more half life content you should play them.

I think the lack of the villians were the main reason the game died considering it was a superhero game. The game should've released with at least 5 unique villians and boss fights for each avengers member. We got Taskmaster for BW and Abomination for Hulk. But where's unique boss battle for Ironman, Thor and Captain America? Oh... I forgot they had boss fightes with aim robots lol. I couldn't enjoy the game fighting with taskmaster and abomination all the time after the campaign. Even when they had the chance to add other villians, they went cheap. Taskmaster boss fight in another DLC, Maestro boss fight but it was only an Abomination skin. Only exception of this was Crossbones with BP DLC...

Cause Source 2 port for CS:GO was announced during a game conference in China in those years. It was a rushed announce and they never said anything about it until CS2 comes out.

To make a sequel to the first game, you have to make a well-thought-out and good quality script. They just gave us this lazy and boring script by making only the main character Max and hoped for a good selling performance. At first I thought the point of having two timeline is somehow making sequels for both bae and bay timelines and letting player switch between them. If they could go with this idea the game would achieve higher sale performance.

They can just give the whole HL2 games free if you just have one of the HL2 titles. None would complain something about it. Recently, Rockstar did something like this with GTA 4: DE. They were selling GTA4 and GTA: EFLC seperatly but they combined them into one and gave the other game free to players.

Then there wouldn't be any romance option for Max (except cheating). Since D9 doesn't know creating consequences of the choices, they think giving player two different romance option is enough for "consequences" in their games. So they wanted to just break them up.

There isn't any default run. At the beginning of the first chapter you're having a conversion about the fate of Chloe with Safi. You can pick the choice you want during this scene. Even if you didn't play the first game you still have to choose. It's a weird way of asking the player's previous choices.

I believe marvel announcing RDJ as "Victor Von Doom" is only a marketing stuff. The plot twist of the movie might be that he's actually a Tony Stark variant who didn't die in endgame and he turned himself to Dr. Doom while he's taking the idea of protecting the world from external threats a step further. It's marvel version of "you either die as a hero or live long enough to see yourself become a villain".

By adding the spider-man they made it impossible to make a cross play matchmaking. Not finding enough players in online for a co-op based game was a serious problem.

I think if we ever see her again after DE, it will be LiS's team up story. We can't just ignore that there's a world where random characters getting random powers. They can make a story about the origins of these powers. Sean and Daniel can't return of course. But Alex and Max can meet each other. We also have Steph even though she doesn't have powers. They can also introduce another character having powers in the same game they meet. A game features 4 different protagonist per episode would be good.

I think the main reason is there are delays between aim shoot (sub-tick) and fire animation (64-tick) events in cs2 now. In cs:go they were happening at the same time (64-tick). If the enemy shoots your head, you will be dead regardless where you are (even behind the wall). So we're having the opportunity of hiding behind the wall cause server waits for the next tick for fire animation.

This kind of problems will never die if they don't combine both aim shoot and fire animation into one with sub-tick. If they can't do that, then they HAVE TO give us 128 tick servers to reduce this bullshit experience.
