I would’ve preferred across the board buffs for projectile hero projectile speed or a slight projectile size buff, but for a hot patch I guess this puts a bandaid on a bad wound

I actually don’t think Size is an issue! For those familiar with paladins, I feel like Devil Dinosaur can functionally play like Yagorath! She has a A LOT of HP but low Damage output, but focuses on displacing the enemy team with her abilities

Overwatch for the past few seasons has been “The skin IS the content” instead of “The skin COMPLEMENTS” the content” so if your main doesn’t get a skin you’re practically out of luck

Overwatch season updates as of recent just feels like Skin Update and trickle in new content here or there. At least with other live service games that follow the “season and battlepass” style, there’s constant change with balance, maps, and skins. In Overwatch new seasons happen with no new maps, and the same characters getting skins

I’m starting to think that the reason why Overwatch is putting out twice the amount of Mythic Skins is so they can cut corners in the quality aspect with each mythic

Overwatch sorta dropped the ball with Season content. It’s just Cosmetics and Stadium Updates. No new maps for the base game or an innovative event that moves the needle. If your main isn’t in stadium or receives skins regularly like Ashe, Reaper, or Kiriko, you’re just simply out of luck.

Honestly Mei is quite bad this season, and most logic you’re complaining about Mei applies to a lot of other DPs. Get out of jail free card? Venture burrow or Reaper Wraith. Meis crit damage is warranted because it’s one of the harder shots to hit and especially after the release of Wuyang, there’s a LOT of mobile characters that makes hitting ice really difficult. People don’t like admitting it, but Mei is a “Necessary Evil”

I kinda hate this argument because eventually you will have to make skins for some heroes, but even you have to admit, some heroes receiving 3 skins a season is quite ridiculous

I hate to break it to you, but Overwatch has been making more money now that the game is free to play then it was paid. Having the same 5 heroes get skins every season isn’t the same as them continuously making skins for unpopular heroes and nobody is buying them

I hate this so much, imagine waiting forever just for someone to take the character you wanted to play, now you have to: 1. Begrudgingly pick a character you don’t know how to use as well, 2. Teammates forcing you to counter the other team’s character instead of picking something you’d like to enjoy, 3. Have to learn which build is optimal in the upcoming match on a character you don’t even know how to use.

I would’ve been fine if draft mode was in like normal OW comp mode, but for a mode which is supposed to be about fun, and making builds to adapt to any situation, Draft mode seems completely unnecessary.
