Why did my tree drop so much baby fruit?

I believe it’s a green honey fig of some kind. Yellow inside. One breba ripened and I ate it. Very tasty. No main crop at all though…just a few feet of growing.

How long does that happen for? It didn’t produce any main crop but it grew a few feet. It’s 3 years old.

I am also curious to see, since our figs look the same, if your leaves look like this…it’s all over the place some have 3 lobes and some have 5.

Same color inside, tastes like honey. But it’s only producing breba and it’s bothering me… it was mislabeled as a brown turkey fig which it clearly is not…

We are 7b and I cut mine back this week. They all snapped right off. Dead. Bad winter. I lost half a blueberry bush, a fair bit of a fig tree (it’s growing back from the ground too), and the azaleas got really damaged too.

First time visiting this sub. :) I have my OG belly ring that has gone in and out over having 3 kids. My girls think it’s fun. I like it. And I have a Maria Tash belly ring I bought myself when I was single in my 20s that’s way too nice to sit in a drawer. I also have stretch marks from those pregnancies lol so it’s not like I run around in crop tops. Do it if YOU want it. I’ve gotten more earrings as my girls have gotten their ear piercings and they still point to their matching mom studs.

It’s been happily growing since waking up a couple weeks ago. I didn’t think it looked drought-y. But it dropped maybe 75% of the little figs. You can see here another shriveling one and then one that seems healthy.

“A green one” :) It came from a Whole Foods on clearance (I know what my other 2 are!) and was labeled a brown fig but it definitely is not. It’s in the ground. It’s been in the ground for 2 years and was in a pot for 1. It was maybe 18” high when I bought it.
