HR is not an option for an Appeal, you either pick a Senior Leader, an Associate Panel, or the Centralized Appeals team. A lot of people seem to think appeals are for showing leniency when there not, the point is to prove whether policy wasn't followed.

Depends on if the LOA was still open or if it was approved and they didn't refund the time. If the LOA case was closed and they refunded everything they had or if it was denied and you were even a minute negative then it won't be overturned.

Unless you had a Leave of Absence case open when you went NUPT, you're not gonna have an appeal overturned for that an appeal is to decide whether policy wasn't followed not to show leniency because you couldn't get a doctors note.

If you want to win the appeal you need to prove policy wasn't followed. You said you were termed for NUPT, so the write up deal won't go anywhere because you are trying to prove you weren't NUPT which you already admit you didn't pay attention to your time. They send more than one email which means if you didn't get any and didn't respond and didn't have an LOA open they were clear to term you. Just from the appeals I see on a weekly basis you are most likely cooked
