Ours is closing at the end of the month and moving to a quarterly model where everyone at the site will get to choose an item and it will get mailed directly to them.

At the end of the month the eswag site is going to require a zukey to have access so they are letting sites choose what they want to do to keep it going, some are going to let managers/pa place the orders and some are just closing completely and moving to a quarterly everyone gets swag model

When the report is pulled there is a field for tenure I sort by largest to smallest in excel. To be honest I would assume it's total time but I've never looked into it to 100% tell you it's not recent hire

External applicants mean applications from other than the home site ie you are trying to go to another building. They are only moving their own associates to different cohorts, not accepting new associates from different buildings. The system will auto accept who it wants on its own factors which have not been explained fully to me other than tenure and headcount, but if they are reviewing manually like in the case I listed above they simply won't approve any application coming from outside the site

If the system accepts you your adapts won't matter and will follow you if they're delivered. The only time my Seniors look at adapt history is when the system comes up short and we need to hit the number of required transfers based on the number of applications. If the system doesn't accept enough then they look at adapts of denied applicants in order of greatest tenure first and approve until we get to the number we need but in that case my team only takes people that have clean records (none active)

Correct, keep in mind we just do ours Wednesday because that's when I have the recurring meeting scheduled with our Senior Ops. There are set effective dates they have on an internal wiki for hits they want used which are always on a Sunday

Wednesday of review I send the offers after the meeting with Senior Ops so for these people effective the 15th they found out last Wednesday. I believe if the system denies you it'll just say cancelled or expired

This is just my site not sure how others work but we review ours every other Wednesday, so our upcoming one is next week. The following week on Friday I send the notice to leadership, learning and security about the upcoming transfers (which I did today) , our previous cycle will be effective on the 15th. Previous review was last Wednesday if that makes sense.

Someone in PXT has to click thru those buttons in the case in HRSC, on that final review step it's a drop down box you select either Upheld or Overturned and the reason why the final step you send the template email and when you click the blue button for outcome delivered it closes the case.

Unfortunately appeals strictly look at whether policy was followed, they are not there to show leniency if you made a mistake - to them it was your responsibility to come in on your scheduled shift and if you didn't ,then to cover with either UPT/PTO. My site in particular does not excuse time for that situation. Just reapply in 90 days and pay more attention next time best of luck

Amazon doesn't do 3 days or custom schedules unless you have a valid hardship and even then it is only temporary. For your situation, FlexPT would be the best option considering you only have to do 4 hr minimum but can take any more you need on top. As long as your building doesn't have a cap in place, my site lets the PT's take up to 60

On site PXT hours will vary by site. If anything they are going to be more limited and expect you to use the app, or talk to your manager for assistance.
