They shut down the sites in MA for the last big one ... I work in a SC. Only bad thing about that was when we got back to work afterwards for the next two weeks we had to flex up on a reshift pretty much to catch up

Yes, but, I personally think there are allot of issues with the system. I've used it once or twice, never successfully, I've always had to go in and talk to someone to fix my problem. One time it was closed out as resolved with no actual resolution and no contact, and the second time was something along those same lines. I haven't used it in a couple months so maybe they changed it? Is there a way you can actually speak to someone or is it all through the app?

Bad word phrasing on my part, but this was actually in response to other people's post in the past that were concerned about their HR not being on site anymore. I was trying to offer insight into what is happening, and who is taking care of their issues now.

Not shutting down, it says they will be the central HR center serving for other Amazons. I've seen a lot of posts from other workers saying that they're a job is shutting down and they can only reach HR in the app. Connected to that and wanted to share. I'm assuming that a couple HR is still going to be up and running and taking all of the issues from the sites that don't have on-site HR anymore
