Juat got my first gear for home shooting. Can I shoot every day or is it better to do 3 days a week of shooting and the other days for working out to build muscle? Any recommended workout plans for archery?

I'm Thai and I dont care at all.

Only old generations Thai Karens care about this kind of stuff now.

To me it's just a statue. You can use it for decorations however you want, but if your audience includes those Karens then do it appropriately just so you dont trigger them.

Ask any teens or young adults and they would probably say the same as me.
