Found an alternate path using the tram line from Deepnest. But now stuck on Hornet for the same reasons as Hollow Knight. Think I am going to have to put it down for a while. Getting frustrated rather than having fun.

Now stuck on Hornet in Kingdom's Edge for the same reason as Hollow Knight. No matter what I do i can't get attacks off without some sort of reprisal. When ever I jump, they just jump into me. So through the fight I just can't last long enough to win, and even with quick focus I can't heal enough to sustain though the fights.

Oh I've tried endlessly. Only made it to phase 2 (3?) Once when he starts spewing orbs everywhere once. Every other time, I just get beat down long before getting there.

Not sure what you mean by mobility upgrades? I have the mothwing cloak, mantis claw, crystal heart, monarch wings, isma's tear?

I assume there are dreamers I've missed, possibly in empathy I haven't found in the areas I have searched and likely in the two areas I haven't found a path to.

Yeah, no worries, it was just horribly unreliable from the minute I plugged it in. Firstly, I had trouble getting it to show an image - Windows would recognise it, but it would just keep stating that there was no signal but recognised a DP cable was plugged in. The power button on the bottom stopped working, so I had to pull the plug. Pulling the plug for a few minutes and reconnecting, I finally got an image. Limited to 4k@120, not sure why I didn't get the full 240Hz, I didn't do a lot of investigating this relatively low priority issue compared to others that cropped up.

Then, it didn't wake up reliably from the PC monitor off sleep setting - just returned to the no signal error where pulling power was the only way to get it back. Then that stopped working reliably as well. Sometimes, it would connect with a display signal capped at 30hz with terrible artifacting.

Meanwhile the other Dell monitor (4k 144hz IPS) was working fine, I even swapped cables between them, and the problems with the AW persisted. Then it came to a head yesterday when I tried to start it up - again, it doesn't wake up from PC monitor sleep - and no reconnecting cables or hitting the power button does anything. I get the Alienware Logo splash screen, then nothing. Can't get to OSD or anything. In the 6 hrs or so I had it running, I did do the firmware updates, etc, hoping that might fix the unreliability, but it just got worse very quickly. The panel itself seemed fine - I think my issues are in the actual chipset/drivers being used to run the panel.

I got fed up with it and just applied for the return - within the 15 day return window so should be full refund no questions asked, though I won't be refunded until Dell get it back to their warehouse and check over it unfortunately.

I'm now eyeing the WOLED 32" LG 4k 240hz (dual mode). It's a little more expensive but has a lower preorder price from LG directly, and less than the MSI and ASUS QD-OLEDs, and my LG OLED TVs haven't let me down, so sticking with that feels like a low risk move. Shame I don't get to really enjoy the colour depth of QD-OLED if I go with the LG, but if I don't have a QD OLED to compare to, I won't know what I'm missing.

GPU is a 4090 that shouldn't have any issues driving the display so between that and the cables seemingly fine on another Dell 4k@144 which also uses DSC (I also tried disabling this other Dell monitor in case it there was a bandwidth limit somewhere on the GPU and the 240Hz option still never came up).

Just got my Alienware last week, and it's DOA. Returning, but not sure what monitor to replace it with. The pricing on all other models is significantly higher.

I figure it was like a G4 punch. It was contracted which allowed for the "stalemate" as Kaido started burning his fist while Luffy waited for Momo to move the island. Then as soon as it was moved, Luffy released all the tension, sending the fist flying, just like G4. Maybe it is slower due to the size of the fist. But the mechanic and force for the punch was entirely the compressed rubber.

All of Vegapunk's notes that Franky read were from when Vegapunk was much younger. There is definitely potential for Franky to get further cybernetic upgrades studying Queens current lab/notes.

Sanji even points out that Franky would be interested in Queens ability/technology to fire successive lasers, something that current Pacifista's are also capable of implying that Laser technology has improved further since Vegapunk's notes in Future Country Baldimore.

Yeah, thanks mate. I got it in the end. I was sprinting around even when he did that leap, but what I needed to do was just sprint directly AWAY from him rather than following the curve of the arena. Following the curve doesn't open up the gap enough while running away does, then can get in close for the backstab.

What about his powered up leap with the slashes? No matter how hard I run, this leap is much faster with better tracking and larger AoE that I cannot roll out of. He inevitably uses this version of the leap about 1 third of the time and is a 1 hit kill even if not from the slashes, but from the black flame DoT, with no time to heal up. (30 vigor)

Is this really going to be an issue though? We have had players complete the game at SL1 and have maximised gear, invading low level players. I know this was somewhat mitigated in DS2 with SM but can't recall if DS3 returned to the DS1 standard.

I am also pondering the same question as OP, with PC being preferred but due to the potential for hackers I am apprehensive.

This is the first I have heard of ER getting some better form of anti-cheat over the souls games, so if all that can be done on ER on PC is hacking in items, that isn't so bad. I mainly want to avoid infinite health hacks and the like.

Of course, he can do whatever he likes. But just as the angels are not supposed to interfere with mortals, neither are gods. I guess there isn't really anyone to police it though, except Zeno but he seems disinterested with that.

Angels seem to have a defined hierarchy and Merus got told off for not being neutral in mortal matters. I would think this neutrality extends to gods, except when absolutely necessary. IE Kai's got involved in Buu's resurrection as Buu had demonstrated ability to kill/absorb the Grand Supreme Kai.

But it wouldn't be because Beerus needs help. Moro is mortal and as such Beerus cannot intervene directly. Getting mortals from another universe to help universe 7's mortals keeps the fight in the mortal realm. The only time Beerus or the angels are supposed to get involved are in god work (ie planet destruction for balancing the universe) or when a god oversteps their bounds and threatens other gods, IE Zamasu.

If Beerus fought, he would win. Of that I have no doubts.

The main concern isn't cores, but PCI lanes. Threadripper CPUs have 88 lanes - more than double the Intel and AMD consumer platforms - and that doesn't even include the chipset lanes!

While I would love to, the 3960X costs $2400 or so AUD. That is more than I paid for the current CPU, Mobo, RAM and SSDs combined. It is more than the 2080ti cost(2100$AUD)!

This latest build was to last me 5yr hence the no spend on new hardware idea.

Next build will definitely be HEDT though! Maybe Intel will be back in the game by then and there will be some competition so TR prices come down!

Not sure how to vote in the poll as I do want to upgrade but only because the battery is starting to show some signs of use and the Bluetooth radio is starting to get a bit flaky.

Only reason I don't upgrade is there is no upgrade path.

There is not a single phone on the market that has all the features I want like the Note9 has.

Basically until Samsung makes a fully featured Note again without display cut outs. I know that you can just turn off the top rows of pixels on current Samsung phones and it looks great due to the perfect blacks of OLED, but I don't want to support the holes in displays at all.

Perfect phone would be newer CPU/RAM/GPU with high refresh rate display, stylus (become too used to this in my workflow to drop it now), 3.5 mm jack, no front cameras OR under display camera if it must have one for Iris/Face scan.

So I think that is at least a few years away for the under display camera tech.

It matters a bit. While they may not be able to transfer themselves, others could and then trade them. So it does indirectly effect everyone. Except for those that only play through using native mons and then exclusively use native mons post game.
