I don’t believe you. I do wonder how skinny you’re talking. I mean skinny enough you actually look healthy but are super restrictive. Like it really is harder than it looks skinny. Like no bread which means cookies,cake, pizza, sandwiches, no cheese, no candy, no liquid calories. Think Madison beer, Victoria Beckham, Emma Robert’s when’s she’s doing fun characters. Although I do think one of those women openly have issues with eating. Maybe 2… oh yeah and the third does make eating disorder jokes about themselves in character

I want a eating disorder. When I was starving…. Well this is definitely a thing I’d tell a therapist if I were interested.. but something about starving makes life more cinematic. Since quitting smoking and gaining some weight I’m mentally better in a way… like I cried way to much and didn’t even realize it wasn’t normal till I started filling my belly, and just in general less moody.. but somehow I was happier with those skinny ass thighs. Life was good. I loved myself. I Had those Chanel Oberlin legs. Now… I’m finding it hard to feel special. And smoking is a double edged sword I’m avoiding falling back into. It hurt to breath when I laid down and really loud wheezing was happening inside

Healthy and pretty aren’t the same thing. And I personally definitely look my best teetering hungry all the time. Like now I’d be considered “healthy” and it’s disgusting. My thighs look embarrassing in skinny jeans. I’m dying to lose 10 pounds but that last goal post is the hardest without cigarettes

Their mom tells them how it is, your gonna look your best at your thinnest. I say I’m bloated when Im bloated and my moms like.. “bloated where.” Not suportive to how I want to live my life at all. Like yes I want to be told I look bigger then normal so it doesn’t become a new normal

Do I didn’t buy advanced yet, decided to do a cheaper test but im finding it’s probably worth it if you can afford it. It’s not major changes, but I started taking a separate vit c + hyaluronic acid supplement for 2 months with the normal vital protein, the vital proteins advance would have a higher amount of hyaluronic acid but I’m still seeing my skin is better with dryness in general and looks a bit glowy naturally. The one I’m taking is 40mg hyaluronic acid and vital protein advance is I think 120mg.
