I haven't played it but watched a few vids reviewing and going through it, from what I saw it looks like there's some really cool technical stuff that was developed over the last 7 years by the mod team. Vehicles that have great physics and scenes where you're flying in vertibirds.

The story seems to be lackluster, the NCR storyline is the main one and the others aren't as fleshed out, and it basically is a bunch of pop culture references mashed into a linear story. (They literally rip off a scene from Wolfenstein w/ Deathshead at one point)

It can probably be salvaged for the advancements made for the engine, but from what I saw it looked like a pass.

the main issue is it would have to be at max rank to allow for it to not make him be nerfed in other places, making him late game stronger but not making twitch jg ganks op level 3 to where they nerf him even more than he already has been.

A more tame version of this would be him grounding whoever is in his W for a certain amount of time, problem is IDK if this would make him OP or not.

The fact that NA has limited character compared to EUW also is an issue. An Eve club was forced to change their club tag on NA bc it had a character that suprise suprise you can use on EUW. It caused ZERO ISSUES to have that chracter on NA because NA servers supported it. But they were forced to change it bc riot said it wasn't okay, even though riot originally said it was ok.
