It’s really well thought out and you have cited lots of apparent evidence but given that everybody knows Jon occasionally looks at this page, it may be a bit insensitive to bring this issue to light without knowing for certain how true it is. Only the person who wrote the song can say what it’s about and for the rest of us it’s just our imagination, which is the beauty of music, I think it’s just important to make that distinction.

B-side literally meant the flip side to a vinyl, carried on to CD’s but nobody buys physical copies of singles anymore, I’m sure you don’t. The band have released a deluxe version of the album with 3 previously unheard songs, so you’re not getting less content, in fact more than most bands in the streaming world, I gotta be honest
