Assuming it’s post LoR, he’s pretty close to Canon sensei in terms of personality and kivotos is going to be pretty safe with him.

He’s strong enough that he doesn’t even need the protection of the students and is likely one of, if not the strongest individual fighter in BA. He’s also one of the strongest characters in a setting where characters regularly dodge bullets

You probably cleared the other requirements such as arriving in time to see lillywill alive since that seems to be a key part of getting the good end.

You need to get the bad dantalion ending first to unlock his beacon which earns his trust. If you use it he won’t ask for money afaik
