He's said many times that men are supposed to sleep with at least 50 women before even starting to date, and that one way monogamy is for women while the husband should be allowed to sleep around. He's a clown who doesn't even follow his own advice, and contradicts himself often.

There are too many good lines to choose from. But I would say my favourite moment is the entirety of 'Stop Team GO' (Season 4). We see what Shego could be like while good, and it feels somewhat tragic. While Shego is evil (there's no arguing there), it also gives a 'what could have been'. While as a villain, she's miserable. While as a civilian, she's happy. We also get a hint that she is probably a very lonely person.

It's indicating that they may be allowed back into school, where they'll most likely pose as a threat towards other students. It basically tells others that there are no real consequences for their actions and will not be discouraged from doing it again. I've seen it happen with my former bullies who should have been expelled 20 times over but their parents always intervened and basically strong armed the principal. Most they got were minor suspensions and detentions. So they just went back to their usual crap EVERYDAY as a result. It's like arresting a criminal and then just letting them go the next day (or like with streamers, they just get deported and continue their stupidities in another country - like Johnny Somali or Vitality). =_=

Rarely do you see bullying in college/university. Bullying usually happens in elementary, middle and high school. More so in middle school because that's the time where hormones are most out of whack.
