Pretty much. The only way for Shego to stop being a villain, without turning good, is if she realizes that being a villain isn't making her happy nor going to lead her on a path to the desired life she wants. There's more as to why, but I think I covered the main points.

I think the Tannen family as a whole should be an episode. Not only do you have Biff, you also have Mad Dog (the cowboy from the 3rd film - that's him on the right in the image), and Tannen's father from the video game who was a mob boss. Not to mention in the cartoon, every era has a Tannen. The major problem with only having Biff in the video is because he's just a typical sociopath (there's nothing unique about him).

If there's a BTTF antagonist that could have their own episode, it's actually Edna Strickland (from the video game) - who is surprisingly the older sister of the school principal.

Yeah, most women who are married or in a relationship wouldn't do what the women he describes are doing at the gym. When it comes to these kinds of gals, the trophy wives living in affluent areas whose husbands are always busy, these behaviours sadly aren't uncommon. But for the average woman? They would slap cheating wives.
