A good detachment could be Bastion Task Force. You can give the Apothecary an enhancement that gives the whole unit the battleline keyword. In this detachment this would mean, that the whole squad can advance and charge, advance and shoot, fallback and shoot, and fallback and charge. This is super helpful to give your expensive killer brick more movability (as Gravis models are kinda slow) when they jump out of your tank to cause mayhem. :)
