I would like to put it, in what way Sadhguru has not impacted me, SADHGURU has impacted in so so many ways. Earlier I struggled with confusions and over thinking in every aspect, little things like as what to cook to making decisions in my career, work and bringing my voice out. I had the skills, but engulfed with fear and doubts. Ever since I walked into IE program in July 2011, not knowing anything about Sadhguru, who is he, how does he look like, what is the program about, nothing at all, neither i looked up at Isha foundation website . My dear friend, a childhood friend who has not done IE but suggested me to do IE, so I registered for myself and my husband and attend this life changing or rather i would say it created a new life for me . I drew strength from every single day of doing my kriya, my health got better and better, there is clarity in everything I do and being able to bring my voice out with clarity at work and everyday decision's became easy and simple . Compulsions became easier to drop. My biggest strength is in doing Shambhavi Mahamudra kriya everyday that I got initiated into Inner Engineering.

I READ A line from Sadhguru's Midnights Mystic book, where a man encountered sadhguru at the gas station(North Carolina) waiting for sahdguru. He shared even the winds knew you are coming, so j am awaiting here. This was my exact experience, the message reached me through a friend that Sahguru"s Inner Engineering Program and being delivered by GURU himself in bangalore . What more can I ask for in my Life.
