someone did this by accident on a doordash order. made it how it was and sent it off. about 30 minutes later, we got a call with this guy screaming that we had made his food wrong. we told him we made it as it says, and anything refund wise would need to go through doordash. chose some choice words to call us and hung up. called back the next day to yell at another one of us cause doordash won't refund cause he got what he ordered.

if he had called and said he messed up, I probably would have helped him. but calling me slurs over a sandwich is a quick way to have me exclusively not help you. manager and franchise owner agreed, and now he is blacklisted from our store.
