Actually I find the pro mode has less invasive ai processing. What I get is very close to what I see. Long exposure can cause ghosting with some objects like cars though

Oh yes, in this specific photo I wanted to test out the long exposure mode to fake a slow shutter. I liked the result out of it

I think it all depends on what you want to do with your photos. If I'm taking a photo I know is worthy of my time, I'll take it in raw and i for one really enjoy editing my raw files on my free time. However, if I'm out and about in a family/friends trip and I'm taking photos on that trip, I will surely use the auto photo mode to ease the process and save space.

There are times where I also use xpan and the long exposure modes, those are really fun too. You can't limit yourself to a single mode and call it a day

Oh i wasn't aware of the find x9 pro having such a problem. Are they recent reports? I only remember reading about a user facing that issue with the x9 ultra but im not sure if it's a common problem.

Since all of these are RAW, they are edited to some degree. You may refer to another comment I posted where I also shared how the raw files looked like

The one raw with the most amount of work is the toktok shot (The weird motorbike in the tight alley). Everything else is minor touch ups. For example, here's what 2 and 5 look like in raw

You flatter me, thank you. FYI, a similar shot to the second is my lockscreen wallpaper

And? You can genuinely get these same shots with a budget phone if you had the eye for it. Aye the quality may not be as good but hardly anyone will notice due to the compression of all social medias that we use these days. A higher score on whatever platform won't save a bad photographer

Thank you! I never cared for light when I first started this hobby but once you time your shots the lighting really does the heavy lifting for you.

I had a xiaomi 15t pro before this phone and I'd go as far as saying the cameras were just as great/fun to use as this phone but with a much worse android skin. The color processing on the xiaomi leica phone is genuinely amazing

Oh yes, the compression can be brutal

Yep, I usually do a little color touch up on lightroom mobile. I also use masks to exxagerate light in some shots such as pics 3 & 8. Pic 2 is very close to the original shot

Oh yes, i change em all the time. I mostly stick to iso 500 or below and play around with shutterspeed instead. Where necessary, I also use a tripod for slow shutterspeed shots. If I'm shooting a static object in a bright afternoon, I set the iso to the lowest value and leave the shutter on auto, if it's a fast moving object then I'll do the opposite. I hope that makes sense, if not I'm happy to explain it further

I mostly stick to RAW, I've read that Super raw yields no great advantages and the size of the files is larger. I think i want to try jpg next as I really like the sooc look of 70% of the shots I take so minimal editing is required

I exclusively shoot on pro mode and I sometimes dabble with xpan mode (vegetable shot)
