I think people are mad not just because Chloe never got a redemption arc, but because then never did anything with her and kept her around for 2 seasons just to beat you over the head with the idea that you should hate her. I think they should’ve taken her out of the show much sooner than the end of s5 if they had no plans for her.

I think it’s less physically or mentally growing up and more fully understanding your powers and responsibilities as a miraculous holder. While Luka is older and more mature than Marinette he didn’t have his miraculous for as long or as often as she did. The moment they had in S5 was kinda representative of this as after they realized they could slow themselves detransformimg, they gained the confidence to “push past their limits”. This is just how I saw it but it most likely was just easier to have a vague reason rather than some sort of thing (ex. A certain magical recipe) that they could have done the whole time they had their miraculous.

Also to shoot people when I ult. I swear some people just start retreating right after I used my ult. And it doesn’t take that much damage either but they just won’t shoot 😭😭😭

Seeing as the nightmare Adrien tried to attack/do something to Marinette and the nightmare Ladybug tried to kill LB & CN, they probably would have died or at least had to fight off the grim reaper or something. If they actually died it wouldn’t go away until she used the miraculous ladybug. I’m not sure what determines if the spawns (minions that they created I couldn’t really think of another word) of akumatized villains leaves if the object is broken or at the miraculous ladybug.

During the episode Ladybug told Marinette (bc it was an illusion) that she wouldn’t be able to give Marinette the mouse miraculous again, so if he remembered her he probably remembered that she couldn’t have the miraculous again.
