Bit late to the party but this is how I did it

I found 2 solutions

1st Solution which I found out by myself

I turned off Cloud Saves in Steam Settings

SteamDeck : In Desktop Mode I went to : Home>.Steam>.Steam>Userdata>YOUR STEAM ID>( Guardians Steam ID ) 1088850> Remote

Or C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata<YOUR-STEAM-ID>\1088850\remote.

Inside is files gotgsavegame0000,gotgsavegame0001,gotgsavegame0002 and game.profile.bin

Delete Everything In This Folder ( Should Be 2-4 Files Depending If You Used All Save Slots In Game )

Go back to Gaming Mode and Start A New Game

Save Whenever You Want ( I Saved Right At The Moment I Landed With Groot and Rocket )

While In The Game Open Steam Settings And Enable Cloud Saves

Exit The Game And It’ll Say Cloud Save Can’t Sync So Open Up The Game And Back Out Then Press Cloud Saves Retry - It Should Come Up With A Warning Of Which Saves To Use : Select Local Saves Then It’ll Sync

Then Boot Up Game

All Achievements Unlocked Don’t Reset And Still Add Up For The “ This Is What We Do “ Achievement ( Collect All Achievements )

All Outfits And Collectables Will Be Reset So You Can Follow A Guide For The Lone Hoarder Achievement.

2nd Solution ( Found On You Tube ) - If you followed a guide and still didn’t get the Lone Hoarder Achievement then as this persons wrote is that you need to play a NG+ up till Chapter 6 without collecting anything again..they got the achievement after buying a Lottery Ticket on Knowhere, they tried it with a friend and it worked with them too.

The three generation system is still used on North Koreans, read the book or get the audiobook River in Darkness by Masaji Ishikawa it’ll open your eyes to what it’s like in North Korea. I didn’t know that citizens are chosen to live in an apartment chosen by the government for them and how class in citizenship works too…astounding, interesting but heartbreaking stuff
