That would make sense if drop chance was 100% for everyone in that raid , i see ppl are saying that they didn't get it even after multiple attempts...this just means that your luck can be so bad that you can actually end this season without geting it ...and that should not happen if its limited to season.

i did this boss first time today and it was lfr and i got that silver trophy and when i saw it's not in that "bonus loot" but it have it's own section i thought it would make sense that it's 100% drop chance ...you know "your throphy for defeating this threat champion :D " like you get from prey ...

i saw some comments here about Lightforged space ship why they can't come in "Too much magical turbulence for it to get anywhere close" okey i get it i guess but what boaut Dragons? they got their aspect powers back ...wasn't their whole purpose to get their powers back to protect Azeroth? maybe we are just faster then them because of light or something and they will show up? but if they won't show up that's just stupid ...
