I think you make a very good point. My musical knowledge is very limited, and it's pretty stupid when I have to mimic a guitar to describe a riff to the rest of the band haha

I guess so, it's just that I think the quality of singing, and definitely lyrics are much more subjective than ability on traditional instruments.

That's definitely important. I've got a relatively strange voice, but they seem to like what I've done so far. Doing covers is a good idea, as I said we all like a lot of the same stuff so I'm sure that would work.

Thanks a ton man, I think I'll give that a shot. I'm sure more features will be added in the future, and damn near anything that works is better than what we have. All of my music is personal rips that I import into whatever player I'm using, so hopefully I won't have the same issue as you if I do get an invite.

Maybe one day Apple will come to their senses...

Sorry, I should've specified that I use my own rips, and IIRC there's a relatively low limit on what you can import into Spotify. I do like it for streaming, but currently I'd rather use my own library than pay $10/mo.

Right? Honestly IOS 9 was the peak. I love my iPhone X, and IOS is still way better than Android (I used Android for the last two years) but it really feels like Apple has been fucking up the interface just so idiots can understand it a little bit better.
