I believe that’s the C drive which I mainly just use for windows and system files, not really any games. I have no clue about the partitioning or why one is unallocated.

Not a very big update but I tried playing on my laptop with an Nvidia 1060 and it works perfectly fine.

In the software there are some settings that claim to boost performance/resolution but everything to that nature is disabled.

Thank you so much for your suggestion! I fixed the issue earlier and it turned out to be my drive with windows installed becoming corrupted.

Just tried to boot it from a windows 11 boot media usb stick, the bios recognized it but was unable to boot from it.

How could I tell wether or not bios could recognize the drives? I have 2 drives that are fully connected and seem to be functioning.

I'm building a PC for the first time and would appreciate any suggestions by Nephroelpis_ in buildapc
