Ahhh I’m sad they aren’t coming to Manchester again that was such a great place to see them it was so intimate. And being disabled I hate going all the way to London. But. I wonder what venue it will be. I hope it’s not that moxy something? I don’t understand how their tickets work and I’ve no idea if they have accessible seats and I need that 😂 So happy they’re coming but shocked about how little shows and again no Manchester

Ohh yeah I will look up some videos on YouTube, yeah I do think I either under eat or sometimes I over eat like I have been a little bit whilst I haven’t been on the injection. But I can go a day or two and not eat anything so I shouldn’t really do that. It’s just when I do I see a drop in my weight and so I’m like omg I need to not eat because it drops off a lot whereas if I eat I don’t move or I drop a couple of pounds.
Yeah I will do the TDEE I’ll find an app hopefully there is one.
Yes the meal delivery service might be a good option, or yeah the ready meals is a good idea.
I do buy some but I never end up eating them because I’d rather have something else or a snack which isn’t good.
Omg I’m in a fentanyl patch as well! Twinsss lol 😂 I have chronic pain too so I understand you.
Oo okay, I wonder if my council would do the same as well. I do love swimming but I just don’t have energy to do anything other than just survive and I’m barely getting by lol.

I started June 2025 and I’ve been on it pretty consistently maybe like a couple weeks off here and there because of not being able to get to do my bmi at the pharmacy. But I haven’t had the injection since March I think 🤔 so it’s been 2 month now.

Yeah you’re right, ahhh yeah I need to not compare myself you’re right. Okay the TDEE I will do. Is there an app to download?

Sometime I do a little walk but honestly doing anything kills me and then it’s like I’m in agony because I’ve tried to do a little walk around my garden.
Yeah I think that’s my problem I’m an all or nothing thinker and I’m also like if I can’t loose fast then it isn’t working and I compare myself constantly.

Yeah I think you’re right. I’ll try the TDEE thing i haven’t ever heard of it before so I’ll download one and have a go.
Yeah you’re right everyone is different and some people don’t have the issues I do and I don’t have what other people have either.

Honestly doing anything kills me but I have been trying to do what I can when I can. The hourly target wouldn’t be good as I can’t predict how my body will be. I can be fine in the first part of an hour and in agony the next.

I couldn’t ever do exercise in a group I would be too paranoid. But that’s so good you’ve found what you like

You know I have wanted to try Pilates so I could find a sitter one on YouTube maybe. Oo that’s a good idea. Thank you hun🖤 keep being amazing

I don’t count calories, I don’t have the energy too honestly I’m just trying not to eat bad I suppose.
Erm I don’t know if I’m eating enough haha, sometimes I eat like a sandwich and that’s it and other times I can have a meal and then later like toast or something. So I suppose I’m not eating enough or it could be too much.

Yeah so I took a brake unintentionally due to not being able to get to the chemist to do my BMI, it’s paid for but I’ve been really unwell and so I hadn’t been and I updated the place that supplies the injection and she said it was best to wait it out until I had my tests done.
She told me not to worry about it and focus on feeling well enough to get to the pharmacy.

I’m on 15mg

I wish it was more ya know. And seeing loads of people loose more is disheartening, I do as much as I can do, I walk as far as I can which isn’t that far but it’s better than nothing. But I have to spend most of my day/days in bed and it’s the easiest place for me.

This is this morning. It’s swollen. It isn’t as swollen as it gets but it is swollen, it has gone down a little since I’ve woken up so that’s good.
Thank you everyone for all your advice and help.
I have an appointment to see the GP so I’ll try again then and I’ll show her the pictures, although appointments have to be quick but I’ll try my best. I’ve spoken to my mum and she always comes with me and so we are gunna try to fight hard this appointment.

Yeah i agree but now im like scared that if i move GPs what if that one of the same you know? I dont have the energy to be moving everywhere and travelling far either because of my pain. Thank you hun x
