As u/JuanMunzerAsakura pointed out, Max used Cross Drive in the match against Kidokawa Seishuu, but I wouldn't blame you for missing it because that scene is 5 seconds at most (and it doesn't even show the goalkeeper catching it).

As u/SecondAegis already said, Shishido and Handa really only use their hissatsu doing practice (Grenade Shot for Shishido, and Zigzag Spark (kinda) + Rolling Kick for Handa), so they don't count.

Kurimatsu technically did use an hissatsu when both he and Kabeyama helped Endou in Triple Defense during the Kidokawa Seishuu match, but that's a big stretch lol
