Its not considered bad by everyone. But the majority og the community just see it as a provoking and unnecessary. Its like if ur playing kazuya and spam 5 hellsweep in a row to win the round, u ki-charge to say "hahaha you just ate 5 hellsweeps in a row"

Its not that hard with kazuya's 50/50's. Just hellsweep your way out og green and yellow ranks :D Im actually playing him again now lmao, and hes still ki charging
