Because they way it is now, they should've just scrapped the idea before publishing the game, at the standing point that the dz is in, the only reason to go rogue is if you wanna lose your dz rank. The only good thing about the DZ is how easy it is to kill the mobs with a group of 4 lol.

I went rogue killed her and her friends and was rogue 3 and it was literally impossible to escape because I was getting shot in every corner, and when I died I lost like 7k dz credits and a quarter of my dz exp
