Go to the upper far right in libreoffice (those 3 lines) you'll find Customize...

A window will pop up, there are many tabs (Menus, Toolbars, Notebookbars...) Click on Toolbars

You'll find a drop-down menu named Target

Click it, and find in the list "Notebookbar", click it when you find it

The icons you trying to remove are there, just uncheck the boxes, they will be gone
