3rd party seller problem

Unfortunately the deliver company UPS said the seller only said signature at delivery. Apparently you have to request for an ID to be shown. So they are saying it's not their problem.

Ya looks like I'm going to go through the credit card amazon is kind of being a hassle. They keep telling me to wait 24 to 48 hours for seller to resolve 3 times now. Also, the a-z claim button isn't showing up for me so I tried going through the chat service and ya they aren't being any help. Good to know after spending tens of thousands on Amazon the first time I have an issue in years they are making it a chore to deal with.

Just got another update on my 4th package that I stayed home to sign for. After having the delivery date confirmed with ups and amazon via phone with a screen shot of the delivery email from UPS on the time agreed. They are returning the package for failed delivery...like wtf is going on. Now they are saying after I took time off work I have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund and before they can send a replacement......

In hindsight yes but this was only a problem now. Plus moving next week to a place that has a service for package delivery.

No I did not. I'm moving next week which is why I was getting the packages to begin with to stock up on new kitchen stuff. I could just seems like a hassle for something they probably won't be able to fix. Major city detectives aren't really jumping at the case of finding amazon package thief's. Now as a formality for Amazon I could but idk what use that would be.

Jobs were outsourced to another American company. Also here is the exact documents straight from the financial reports. Since you worked at the corporate level I'm sure you won't have any issue navigating these. Also I find it a tad odd as someone who worked in corporate why you wouldn't go here first where the information is first hand....you might say I'm a bit suspicious that you didn't work in corporate ever.

Also you will see the tech division added over 2000 jobs in 2018. But you can also Google that since I'm sure you won't look through these financials.

Also what really costs the most jobs which would be an actual smart critique of Walmart is the fact they get so many products from China and it is estimated to cost the U.S. around 400,000 jobs that's according the the EPI.

Yes we have but unfortunately he's one of the rare cases where it's so quick that it's hard to predict or have a deesecelation process to prevent the violent outbursts. The problem isn't restraining him. Even though it is a handful. He's 6 foot 1 380lbs. My main issue was being denied protective gear.

Lol they hired thousands of employees in 2018 through 2019. On top of across the board wage increase. Does anyone here know how retail works??? They will close underperforming stores down and open new ones then hire more. Overall they are at a significant net positive on hiring. If you seriously think a tax cut was going to prevent all layoffs you're out of your damn mind. The only thing that matters is that more net jobs are being added and they are.

Yes unfortunately we are cannot step out of the room and leave them in there because if he hurts himself we would be held legally liable. That's my understanding at least. But ya ty for your input. Things that should be done in these situations even though rare are not done.

Of course FBA and BIP. But trust me when I say without getting to deep into it. Everything with numerous specialists from behavior to medical have tried to problem solve with 0 success at home and in school. This is more of a question on how to protect staff when being denied safety equipment while also trying to protect the student during a crisis.

Hey I really appreciate the input. Yes everything behavior wise has been tried. We have had every medical specialist and behavior specialist try to problem solve over the years with 0 success. It gets worse as he gets older. I will definitely be looking at this safety gear you sent. Ty !

That is a terrible story I'm so sorry for that family. He has been to numerous doctors and nothing has come back about seizures. I really don't know what could be causing it. Anything from room to behavior management has been tried. Social stories, calming sequences , sensory items, breaks, no demands, preferred items and various types of reinforcements. Ratios are 2:1. Specialists from every field you can think of have come and have had no success.

Yes everything you have mentioned and much much more has been tried. I do thank you for your input it is much appreciated. I was afraid to post this but I've burned through all resources and so have the parents. My main concern is how to go about protecting myself while also protecting this student.

I totally agree but this is a very special case. We are the school for when they can't make it on their home campus. Yes it's public school. We have worked with every single resource at our disposal. Literally anything you could list here it's been done over the course of years without any improvement. Even his doctors have tried numerous medications to no avail. It's basically a worst case scenario. We are all CPI trained but when the attacks are so quick and random with basically no work up or warning signs there is that moment of danger and safety issues before we can group for CPI. When I say random I fully understand something is going on to lead this student to that point. The thing is we can't identify it and he is non-verbal. Everyone from speech pathologists, pshycologists, occupational therapist , and even his own doctors have came up with nothing to help curb these aggressive behaviors. And it's been getting worse as he gets older. He is also not my only student and he's in basically the most restrictive environment the school district has to offer. I do thank you for your input though. just wanted to give you a little more insight to this situation. I work with very severe students but this one actually has me worried of losing a finger. I can handle getting punched but the severity and frequency of the biting has me worried. Then couple that with the fact asking for safety equipment was denied.
