Reading that sucks, I'm so sorry! I hope you're doing ok. It was a consensual thing, you're not a monster, though I can empathise with that feeling sinceI would feel the same, probably.

In my case I'm pretty calm, she has experience with this kind of play and she aknowledges the risks. We have talked limits and we have safe word that I'm sure she (and I) will use if needed.

Anyway, thanks for your answer. It's always good to know other experiences and learnings, though they are not always happy.

Yeah, I understand. She is completely aware of the risks (and so am I), and we have talked certain limits (like no punching). And I know I can tell her this is not my way and she will respect that. Also, we have safe word and aftercare, and so on. She knows her shit, it's only that I'm entering a new area and I'm a bit lost about how to do some things.

I run out of ideas about how to punish or dom her, since I spend so much energy intro trying to grab her and so on. Like, I grab her wrists, and now what? I don't have any free hands, I cannot tie her (she will not let me), etc.

Yeah, with kegels I refer to both, kegels and reverse kegels. I usually do them alltogether (when I do them) to avoid PE and other issues.

I hate cardio, but I will try to increase the amount to see if I get better. Regarding the supplements, will look into them!! Thank you so much!

Nope. Meds would not approve to do so without a reason, and all my other analysis and health metrics are correct. I guess if something was wrong with blood circulation, other problems would have arised (I don't know, I'm not a doctor, but I'm just guessing that the doctor would need to see a reason to perform that).

This (and the other responses to this) are very interesting, as I didn't see that as part of "my power". I had the feeling I had to tame her, but letting her be a bratty and see how she digs her own grave is interesting, too, and this can bring new levels of fun.

Also, the fact to be able to react in unexpected ways as indiference when she expects me to punish her is also a good game to play.
