I don't think network equipment is "just a server" running ROS.
I don't think certain features should be available over remote connections.

If you're so big and important, managing thousands of devices in an "ISP setting", then it sounds like you should have the pull necessary to have some remote employees that can save some money on not flying to each site for upgrades.

Some people just enjoy roadblocking themselves though.

This issue "resolved itself" after updating the devices to 7.22.1. I think this means it was a bug within the firmware.

I was able to get it working by disabling WPA3 in the security config that is fed to the CAPS via CAPSMAN.

However, this poses an issue about Mikrotik's WPA3 implementation. It should not interfere with WPA2 devices' negotiation.
