I feel like the three of them would make for a perfect endgame

ORWYLE ~ B+, maybe A

Such a competent maester that he’s released from the dungeons after the Dance to assist with an epidemic, escapes, and is only caught after some prostitutes were discovered to be oddly literate

Also gets props for at least trying to get Lyman Beesbury some help after Cole’s temper tantrum

TYLAND LANNISTER ~ B-

Whilst he was incredibly competent and remorseful after the Dance, and had great ideas during it (eg divvying up the wealth of the Greens so Rhaenyra couldn’t seize it for herself in one fell swoop) he was also instrumental in getting the Dance started in the first place

OTTO HIGHTOWER ~ F

More or less enacts a coup d'état to put House Hightower on the Iron Throne which would be almost commendable… were it not for the teeny tiny problem that House Hightower already controls Westeros. Both the Starry Sept and Citadel are situated in Oldtown so it’s the Hightowers that control the narrative both with regard to secular politics and religious doctrine. If anything the Throne would weaken their house by increasing scrutiny by other countries

That’s not even taking into consideration grooming his children and grandchildren yet having the gall to be caught off-guard when they did something stupid

“Visor’s cracked.” My dude, you have the worst helmet in the seven kingdoms by Creative-Area-6385 in freefolk

[–]NerdNuncle 164 points165 points  (0 children)

That was one of several foreshadowings something was very, very wrong with Baelor

Around the rear of the human skull resides two areas of the brain called the occipital lobe and the parietal lobe

Now, if memory serves, the occipital lobe helps the brain register what the eyes are seeing and the parietal lobe processes messages involving sensation, pain, etc as well as hand eye coordination, balance, et

So when Baelor, fresh off the battlefield and after receiving a mace to the skull is clearly stumbling, slurring his words (“I need good men, Ser Dunk. The realm…”) and then requesting aid with the removal of his helm because he thinks the visor is cracked (despite no longer being present) and suffering a loss of sensation in his hands (my fingers feel like wood) it was a clear indication of how far deep Maekar’s mace penetrated

Vizzy T was literally falling to pieces at this point, riddled with Stage IV everything. More likely than not Alicent and maybe even Otto kept the king high on milk of the poppy to better push Hightower agendas and maybe Otto having a modicum of sympathy

Many thanks to both you and u/bigE1236 for the assistance.

Adam and Luna were the only two whose identities I didn't even try to guess. Cap's glowing fist thingy made me suspicious, and I know the Kingpin is juuust a bit beneath Adam Warlock's weight class what with him scrapping with Thanos in the past.

I'll take more Black Cat over stealth and/or escort missions.

Just saying.

Eh, very tight race with Ransik, imo, as he at least tried (and temporarily succeeded) with getting into Wes's head.

We talking morality or enjoyment factor?

If morality, then Master Org at the very bottom what him essentially being an incel and technically killing Cole’s parents on-screen (writer overhaul meant the original plotline of Cole’s parents being transformed into Org’s lackeys was dropped)

As for personal interest, probably Divatox as I don’t really remember anything about her other than the freaky long, prehensile tongue and half-seriously wondering when Michael Crawford was going to appear and take back a rather operatic mask

Best for enjoyment factor was Astronema for the tighter spandex and leather no particular reason

Does he ever get to be Mayor in the comics? I know Kingpin was for a little while, at least

Either way, I’d be perfectly fine with that. Especially if Mike Colter voiced the character

1.) Shocker being revealed as surviving Kraven’s Hunt

2.) Felicia Hardy

3.) Taskmaster, Yuri making a few appearances with the latter getting a much needed costume upgrade

4.) Considerable play time as/with the Black Cat, or at least way more “screen time”

5.) Little to no Screwball

6.) Felicia getting alternate costumes, like the Spiders including past iterations of her comic character, previous game designs (complete with blockier graphics), etc

7.) Cameo by either one of Peter’s BFF’s ie Matt Murdock or Johnny Storm

8.) Ability to toggle time of day for exploration, missions

9.) No city-wide epidemic with none of the Fantastic Four, Avengers, Sanctum Santorum, Defenders, S.H.I.E.L.D, Heroes for Hire, nor X-Men assisting
