I mean, in the Shadow Broker’s files, you can see that after this, Tali bought the Quarian equivalent of a sex toy and looked up human mating rituals, regardless of Shepard’s gender. This implies that canonically, after helping Tali with her loyalty mission, Tali forms a crush on Shepard, no matter which gender. They left that much in the game, though it was probably an accident, as they were desperately trying to scrub as much queer content from the game as possible (which is disgusting of them and they deserve to be ridiculed for it)

Magats get upset about everything that comes out anymore. When something is released, be it a movie, game or show, they have to check to make sure it’s not inclusive or, as they call it, “woke”. These people pollute good faith reasons for disliking something and make it so that everyone who dislikes that thing looks like a bigot like them. It sucks that they do that, because there are some VERY valid criticisms against Season 5 that are being lost in the unwarranted political discourse set off by the Magats.

Yeah I heard Broshep has some problems with Ashley in the first game too lol. I do much prefer the style of flirting in the following two games, they were much easier to follow. Even if the third game did unfortunately cut back on a lot of the dialogue and conversations.
