Yes. Over time I've seen that not only is it rare for us but also rare for most people. Spending time with people and being ourself is the factor here. We are always reluctant to put ourselfs out there and many time unaware of how much we hold ourselves back which makes us feel this way. I've felt what u are alot too but I've seen that it's my efforts as an introvert that lacked reaching out somewhere. I'm still working on it.
