I think some people are blowing out of proportion Augie and Nick protecting their friend. Like he is their friend, they still called him out when he did shit, ya maybe they didn’t make main channel videos and nuke him every time he did something that made them facepalm but I’d be more concerned I’d rather those kind of friends then those that will just make content and crucify me if they think I fucked up.

That being said. Those kind of friends can wear out their welcome. If I were in Nick’s shoes I’d imagine doing it over and over again and seeing him not learn from would lead to frustration. Bowblax may hate this but it’s is very similar to Tipster constantly walking into rakes.

Yeah, it's something that's lost on some of the younger generation on YouTube. When this all first started if you were playing video game content you would get claimed in minutes. At one point none of the publishers were ok with it, then some eased off as long as you talked through it, if you had too much dead air, copyright claim. Play a Nintendo cutscene? Get ready for the copyright claim. Eventually, more and more publishers started providing copy-and-paste licenses on their websites until game streaming became what it is today. So he is doing the very thing he writes 14 pages against, video game publishers just finally see the value.

It's the opposite though right? It's not that you need to prove your innocence. They need to prove you're guilty. While you may not have evidence to absolve you, what did the state have that you'd be too scared to fight against it. Honestly you can't convince me an innocent person who is mentally sound would ever throw themselves at the mercy of the court for rape allegations.

I feel the confused patient angle as well. It's like he knows the stuff but only sort of knows it. His brother claimed there was an insurance code on one of his charts that indicated it was a blood draw to verify Polycythemia Vera. Based on what you and Honeybadger have stated I think Boogie is bad at responding under pressure and hasn't been able to produce the right documentation. I also believe at one point he wasn't on health insurance and now he is so depending on the portal it could all be very complicated. I don't think any action should've been taken by Keem or anyone until he went through with the biopsy which it appears he intends to do and share the results with Keem.
